Simple Syrup 3 Fresh Mint Leaves Crushed Ice INSTRUCTIONS Express the essential oils in the mint and rub them inside the glass. In the same glass, add simple syrup, bourbon, and crushed ice. Stir. Garnish with more ice and fresh mint.
